According to the legitimate act the amendments to the Law "On court enforcement action" according to which "during the court decisions concerning the change of the management bodies, officials on the enterprises inclusively the officers of internal affairs can participate". "No other people can be asked to participate in adoption of such decisions".
According to the amendments in the Law "On the Police Service" the police has a duty to give assistance in the state completion during the conduction of the executive actions according to the Law of Ukraine in such cases.
The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №1101.
